On one of my previous videos, a commenter asked what kind of faceplates and chucks do i use. so i thought it was a good idea to discuss some of the differences between them (for those who are unfamiliar). the main reason other than strength for making my lathe 1-1/2"-8tpi was the wide availability (and reasonable cost) of lathe accessories. let me know what you think, as always ask any questions in the comments.
